Sub.: Receipt of call money in respect of Second & Final Call on Rights Equity Shares.

Ref.: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, as amended.

This is further to our intimation dated March 24, 2026, informing about making of the Second & Final call of Rs. 112.50/- (Rupees One Hundred and Twelve and Paise Fifty Only) per Rights Equity Share ("Second & Final Call") on the outstanding partly paid-up equity shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10.00 each with Rs.7.00 paid-up ("Rights Equity Shares"), which were allotted on June 19, 2024 on a rights basis pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated May 09, 2024.

In relation to the said Second & Final call, this is to inform that the Company has received Second & Final call money aggregating to Rs. 1,29,94,28,775.00/- (Rupees One Twenty-Nine Crores Ninety-Four Lakhs Twenty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-Five Only) comprising of 1,15,50,478 (One Crore Fifteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand Four Seventy-Eight) Rights equity shares of Rs. 112.50/- each (at a Face Value of Rs. 3.00/- each and Securities Premium of Rs. 109.50/- each). Accordingly, the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2026, approved conversion of 1,15,50,478 partly paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10.00 each with Rs. 7.00 paid-up and bearing ISIN IN9624Z01022 in to fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs.10.00 each with Rs.10.00 paid-up bearing ISIN: INE624Z01016 (hereinafter referred to as the "Converted Rights Equity Shares").

The Company shall take necessary steps to make corporate actions / obtaining listing and trading approvals in respect of the Converted Rights Equity Shares.

As on date, the paid-up capital of the Company is Rs. 47,98,12,464.50/- (Rupees Forty - seven Crores Ninety-eight Lakhs Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four and Fifty Paise Only) divided into 4,77,25,485 fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each bearing ISIN INE624Z01016, 2,82,470 equity shares of Rs.7/- partly paid-up bearing ISIN IN9624Z01022 and 1,65,807 equity shares of Rs.3.50/- partly paid-up.
