This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022, to inter alia consider and approve, the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, amongst other matters.
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from July 1, 2022, ti ll 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e., up to August 6, 2022 (both days inclusive).
