कंपनीच्या सर्व समासदांना इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मतदान पद्धतीने मतदानाचा हक बजावता यावा, यासाठी कंपनी आपल्या सर्व समासदांना दुरस्थ ई-मतदान सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देत आहे. त्यासाठी कंपनीने सेंटल डिपॉक्रिटरी सर्व्हिसेस (इंडिया) लिमिटेड (सीडीएसएल) यांची सेवा घेतली आहे. दूसव ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेला शनिवार, दिनांक १३ फेब्रुवारी २०२१ रोनी मालीब प्रमाणबेळेनुसार सकाळी ९. ०० बाजता प्रारंम होईल आणि ही प्रक्रिया रविवार, दिनांक १४ मार्च २०२१ रोजी भारतीय प्रमाणबेळेनुसार संध्याकाळी ५. ०० वाजता संपुष्टात बेईल.

न्या समासदांकडे कंपनीचे सममाग कट ऑफ तारखेला प्रत्यक स्वरूपात आहेत किया डिमॅट स्वरूपात आहेत, असे समासद या तापली मतदानाच्या सूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या विण्यांवर सीडीएसएल बांच्या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मतदान पद्धतीच्या माध्यमातून ( दूरस्थ ई-मतदान ) मतदानाचा हक बजावू शकतील. सभासदांना बाद्वारे सूचित करण्यात बेत की,

• दूरस्य ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेला शनिवार, दिनांक १३ फेब्रुवारी २०२१ रोजी मारतीय प्रमाणवेळेनुसार सकाळी ९.०० वाजता प्रारंभ होईल.
• दूरस्य ई-मतदान प्रक्रिया रविवार, दिनांक १४ मार्च २०२१ रोजी भारतीय प्रमाणवेळेनुसार संध्याकाळी ५.०० वाजता संपुष्टात येईल.
• दूरस्य ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेच्या माध्यमातून मतदानाचा हक बजायण्यासाठी पात्रता निश्चित करण्यासाठी कट ऑफ तारीख शुक्रवार, दिनांक ५ फेब्रुवारी २०२१ ही असेल.
• ٠ रविवार, दिनांक १४ मार्च २०२१ रोजी संघ्याकाळी ५.०० वाजता दूरस्थ ई-मतदान प्रारूप बंद करण्यात बेईल. आणि सदरील तारीख आणि वेळेनंतर मतदान करता बेणार नाही.

दूरस्थ ई-मतदानाची सविस्तर प्रक्रिया टपाली मतदान सूचनेत नमूद करण्यात आली आहे. टपाली मतदानाची सूचना कंपनी यांचे संकेतस्थळ www.solara.co.in आणि सीडीएसएल बांचे संकेतस्थळ www.evotingindia.com बेथून डाउनलोड करता बेईल.

टपाली मतदान ई-मतदान प्रक्रिया योग्य आणि पारदर्शक पदतीने व्हावी, यासाठी कंपनीच्या संचालक मंडळ यांनी मेसर्स प्रीतम हेब्बर आणि कंपनी, प्रॅक्टिसिंग कंपनी सेक्रेटरी यांचे त्री प्रीतम हेब्बर ( सीओपी क्रमांक २१४३१) बांची छाननी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती केली आहे.

संचालक मंडळाने प्राधिकृत केल्यानुसार, दूरस्य ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेची संपूर्ण छाननी केल्यानंतर छाननी आपला अहवाल अध्यक किंवा कंपनीच्या कोणत्याही संचालकांकडे सादर करील. हा कालावधी टपाली मतदान प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर ४८ तासांपेक्षा अधिक असणार नाही. आणि टपाली मतदानाचे निकाल कंपनी गांच्या नोंदणीकृत कार्यालयात १६ मार्च २०२१ रोजी मारतीव प्रमाण वेळेनुसार संप्याकाळी ५.०० वाजता किंवा त्वापूर्वी कपीही जाहीर करण्यात वेतील. टपाली मतदानाचे निकाल आणि छाननी अधिकाऱ्याचा अहवाल, जिथे कंपनीच्या प्रतिभूती नोंदगीकृत आहेत त्या स्टॉक एक्सचेंजकडे सादर करण्यात येतील त्याचप्रमाणे कंपनी यांच्या नोंदणीकृत कार्यालयात आणि कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालयात सूचना फलकावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात बेतील. त्याचप्रमाणे ते कंपनीचे संकेतस्थळ www.solara.co.in येथे अपलोड करण्यात वेतील.
