Sub: Withdrawal of Resolution No. 3 of the Notice dated May 06, 2021 convening the Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company
This is in continuation to our letter dated August 4, 2021, informing about the cessation of directorship Mr. Deepak Calian Vaidya (DIN: 00337276) as a Director of the Company pursuant to his resignation on August 4, 2021.
Consequent to above, Resolution No. 3 of the Notice of Fourth Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 25, 2021, to resolved that “To appoint a Director in place of Mr. Deepak Calian Vaidya (holding DIN 00337276) who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment as Non-Executive Director of the Company” has become redundant and stands withdrawn.
