Sub: Update on Consolidation of Shareholding in Sequent Penems Private Limited (SPPL) to make SPPL a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
This has reference to our earlier letter dated February 3, 2021 wherein the Company has informed that the Board had approved the acquisition of additional shares of Sequent Penems Private Limited (SPPL) (a subsidiary of Solara), to make it as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
In this regard, we wish to inform that the aforesaid transaction is still in process and foreseen to be completed on or before April 30, 2021.
