Sub: Update on Consolidation of Shareholding in Sequent Penems Private Limited (SPPL) to make SPPL a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
This has reference to our earlier letter dated February 3, 2021 wherein, the Board has approved to acquire additional share capital in Sequent Penems Private Limited (SPPL) (subsidiary of Solara), to make it as a wholly owned subsidiary of Solara was informed.
With this we wish to confirm that he above said transaction is completed and Sequent Penems Private limited is wholly owned subsidiary of Solara Active Pharma Sciences with effect from April 27, 2021.
