We wish to inform that meeting of Board of Directors of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited ("Company") held today (i.e., November 11, 2021), the Directors has inter-alia approved the following:

• The Board has approved the allotment of 16,500 equity shares against the Solara Employee Stock Option Plan 2018. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 35,92,97,670 consisting of 3,59,29,767 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 35,94,62,670 consisting of 3,59,46,267 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. We hereby enclose the notification pursuant to Regulation 1 0(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as Annexure "A".
• Grant of options under Solara Employee Stock Option Plan, 2018. The Board has approved grant of ESOP options to .following employee under Solara Employee Stock Option Plan, 2018:
