Sub: Board Meeting Intimation
We hereby inform you that, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimation is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 to consider the proposal for payment of Interim Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares, for the financial year 2020-‘21.
Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be Friday, November 20, 2020, subject to the approval of Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors.
In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of Company shall remain closed from November 6, 2020 till the end of forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of the Interim Dividend, if any.
