Sub: Allotment of equity shares pursuant to conversion of 86,00,000 warrants Ref: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company has passed a resolution by circulation with respect to allotment of 86,00,000 (Eighty six Lakh) fully paid up equity shares as detailed below pursuant to conversion of warrants allotted on March 8, 2019 on a preferential basis.

• a) Allotment of 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakh) equity shares with face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs 400/(Indian Rupees Four Hundred only) including premium of Rs.390/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety only) to ARUNKUMAR PILLAI, a promoter.

• b) Allotment of 14,00,000 (Fourteen Lakh) equity shares with face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs 400/- (Indian Rupees Four Hundred only) including premium of Rs.390/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety only) to KARUNA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLP, a promoter group entity.

• c) Allotment of 17,00,000 (Seventeen Lakh) equity shares with face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs 400/- (Indian Rupees Four Hundred only) including premium of Rs.390/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety only) to SRJR ENTERPRISE LLP, a promoter group entity.

• d) Allotment of 40,00,000 (Forty Lakh) equity shares with face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs 500/(Indian Rupees Four Hundred only) including premium of Rs.490/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety only) to TPG GROWTH IV SF PTE. LTD.

Pursuant to the above such allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the company has been increased from Rs. 26,86,32,670/- (2,68,63,267equity shares of Rs.10/- each) to Rs. 35,46,32,670/- (3,54,63,267 equity shares of Rs.10/- each).
