Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, inter alia:

• a) To consider making Second and Final Call on partly paid-up Equity Shares issued by the Company on rights basis in accordance with the Letter of Offer dated May 09, 2024.

• b) To fix the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders for payment of the said call money.

• c) Any other matters, which may be incidental and ancillary to making aforesaid Second and Final call.
