In furtherance to our earlier letter dated January 24, 2025 and February 7, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“ SEBI Listing Regulations ”), as amended, we wish to inform you that the Wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company in the name of “Synthix Global Pharma Solutions Limited” is incorporated on April 29, 2025

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, with respect to the above incorporation of a Wholly-owned Subsidiary is given in Annexure enclosed herewith.
