We refer to our letter dated November 14, 2023 wherein we had informed about the proposal for Sale of Land of Building of SeQuent Penems Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Further to the above and in modification to the above proposal, the Board of Directors have today approved sale of 100% shareholding in SeQuent Penems Private Limited.
Requisite disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI/ HO/ CFD/ CFDPoD-1/ P/ CIR/ 2023/ 123 dated July 13, 2023 will be provided when the transaction is finalised.
