Sub: Update on transfer of 100% shareholding in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company
We refer to our letter dated March 28, 2024 wherein we had informed about execution of Share Purchase Agreement for sale of 100% shareholding in SeQuent Penems Private Limited to M/s. Symbio Generrics India Pvt. Ltd for a cash consideration of Rs.12.50 crores.
On receipt of necessary approvals and completion of customary closing conditions, the transaction is consummated today i.e. April 25, 2024. Hence, SeQuent Penems Private Limited ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
