1. Mr. Pagadala Srinivasan has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for better future prospects, the resignation letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure A. As a result, he will cease to be Head of Human Resources (CHRO) with effect from the close of business hours on February 26, 2024.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is given in Annexure 'B' attached to this letter.
