Brief profile	Mr. Arun is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Mepco
	Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi and has completed
	Masters in Business Administration with specialization in
	finance from ICFAI Business school (Hyderabad). Mr. Arun is
	currently working as Vice President (Strategy) in Solara
	leading Business finance & Strategy function. He has been with
	the organization for more than 10 years. In 18+ years of
	professional career, he has handled budgeting, forecasting, MIS
	preparation, Mergers & Acquisition, financial modelling, fund
	raising, Setting up new Projects, capex appraisal, cost
	optimization, etc for Solara. He has implemented various
	renewable energy programs at Solara as part of the
	sustainability targets.
	Previously, Mr. Arun was working with Deloitte and ITCOT
	Consultancy services handling consulting assignments in the
	area of investment banking, valuation, sick unit revival,
	feasibilitystudies,market studyetc. across sectors.
