He hasalso done Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore andcompleted Advance Management Program from WhartonSchool.He started his career as Management Trainee with Ranbaxyand progressed through various roles in leading pharmacompanies viz Hikel, Alembic, Jubliant Organosys - strongB2B experience in both APIs and Finished Dosage Forms.He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with R LFine Chem Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.He has to his credit experience of turning round companiesfor exponential growth and sustainable organisation. Hisachievement includes building B2B businesses acrossgeographies by establishing strong network and relationshipwith top Innovator/ Generic/ Dossier companies includingCDMO companies.Holds a strong technical, commercial and managementbackground.
