Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations we wish to inform you that following directors have resigned from the directorship of the company with effect from August 5, 2023,

• Mr. Aditya Puri (DIN: 00062650) has resigned from the position of Chairman and NonExecutive Director of the Company due to personal reasons.

• Mrs. Vineeta Rai (DIN: 07013113) has resigned from the position of Non- ExecutiveIndependent Director of the Company due to personal reasons.

We hereby further confirm that there are no material reasons other than the reasons specified in the resignation letter received from Mrs. Vineeta Rai enclosed as Annexure I, confirming that there are no material reasons other than the reasons mentioned in the resignation letter

This is to inform that Mr. Aditya Puri who has served as the Non-Executive Director & Chairman of Solara for a period of 2 years (since August 4, 2021) has decided to pursue his personal interest and consequently has decided to resign from the Board of Solara.

In a statement, on behalf of the Promoters, Arun Kumar stated “ we are extremely grateful to Aditya for his leadership in what was a difficult period of Solara’s post pandemic reset. We are thankful for his support and leadership in these difficult times and extremely pleased with his guidance in turning around Solara. During this period the Company reset its strategy, successfully completed its USFDA inspection at the Vizag facility and onboarded several customers and created the succession team for leadership ”.
