Solar - Share Issue/Capital Change 2019

No. 11 2019 Solar A/S's total share capital and votes at the end of April 2019

As stated in announcement no. 9 2019, Solar A/S has implemented a reduction of the share capital of DKK 38,562,500 by cancelling treasury B shares. This corresponds to a reduction of the B share capital of 385,625 B shares of DKK 100.

Solar A/S's share capital is divided into A and B shares of nominally DKK 100 and multiples thereof. A shares have 10 votes per share amount of nominally DKK 100, while B shares have 1 vote per share amount of nominally DKK 100.

As at 30 April 2019, Solar A/S's share capital can be specified as follows:
