NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 24 August 2016 at its Registered Office: 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL.

In connection with this, copies of the following documents, which were posted to shareholders on 1 July 2016, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM"):

§ Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2016, which includes the Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting

§ Proxy Form for the 2016 Annual General Meeting
