REC Solar ASA announces second quarter 2014 earnings release date and webcast information

Oslo, Norway - July 10, 2014: REC Solar ASA ("REC") will release its second

quarter results for 2014 on Thursday, July 24 2014 at approximately 07:00 a.m

Central European Time ("CET").

In connection with the earnings release, the results will be presented as

described below:

A webcast and conference call will be held at 8:00 a.m. CET on Thursday July

24, 2014. To view or listen to the management presentation of the results, the
