Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S hereby announces that Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest has informed Solar that following its acquisition of shares on 17 April 2020, Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest's holding of Solar B shares now corresponds to an ownership share of 5.0107%.
