Major shareholder announcement

Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, Solar A/S hereby announces that Nordea Funds Oy has informed Solar that following its acquisition of shares on 10 January 2018, Nordea Funds Oy's holding of Solar B shares now totals 802,216 shares at DKK 100, corresponding to an ownership share of 10.36% and a voting right of 5.06%.
