On 12 June 2015, funds managed by QVT Financial LP

("QVT") purchased an aggregate 189,675 shares in REC

Solar ASA, and accordingly, QVT crossed above the 15%

threshold.

QVT hereafter owns a total of 6,024,868 shares in REC

Solar ASA, or 15.06% of the registered share capital.
