sold 250 000 shares in REC Solar ASA at NOK 116,- per

share.

Dallas Asset Management AS has undertaken a customary

lock-up agreement with Swedbank for all remaining 225

862 shares in REC Solar ASA for a period lasting

until 28 August 2014.

After the transaction Jan Christian Opsahl and

associated companies have a total holding of 225 862

shares in REC Solar ASA representing 0.56%.
