REC Solar ASA: Payment of liquidation proceeds and suspension of trading on Oslo Børs
Oslo, 11 Aug 2015: The shares in REC Solar ASA (in liquidation) (the "Company")
will be traded ex liquidation proceeds of NOK 107.09640 as from 13 August 2015.
The payment of the liquidation proceeds is expected to be made on or about 18
August 2015. The shares will be suspended from trading on Oslo Børs from 13
August 2015 and remain so until the Company has been dissolved. The Company is
expected to be dissolved on or about 28 August 2015.
