Election of employee representatives for the Board of Directors of Solar A/S

Ordinary election of employee representatives for the Board of Directors of Solar A/S was held electronically during the period from 22 February–1 March 2018 with a turnout of 70.9%.

Employee representatives are elected by and among the company's employees for four years at a time.

The following persons were elected to the Board of Directors:

Bent Hauge Frisk, Central Warehouse Manager
Ulrik Damgaard, Regional Manager, Heating & Plumbing, West
Lars Lange Andersen, Head of F&B Scandinavia

All three of them were re-elected.

The following persons were elected alternates:

Lisbeth Andersen, Corporate Master Data Manager
Preben Jessen, Warehouse employee
Rune Jesper Nielsen, Warehouse employee
