Yönetim Kurulumuzun 11.04.2025 tarihli toplantısında;

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri:II-14.1 sayılı Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş tarafından denetlenen, 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 464.359.447 TL ana ortaklığa ait "Konsolide Net Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur. II-19.1 sayılı Kar Payı Tebliği uyarınca, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II-14.1 sayılı Tebliği hükümlerine uygun olarak hazırlanmış 2024 yılı finansal tablolarında net dönem zararı bulunması nedeniyle Genel Kurul'a kar dağıtımı yapılmaması yönünde öneride bulunulmasına katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
