ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' GENERAL MEETING HELD ON MARCH 23, 2018

Bernin (Grenoble), France, March 23, 2018 – Soitec (Euronext Paris), a world leader in designing and manufacturing revolutionary semiconductor materials, today announces that its shareholders held an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on first notice on March 23, 2018, at the headquarters, under the chairmanship of Thierry Sommelet.

A 59% quorum has been reached and all proposed resolutions have been approved.

The minutes of the Shareholders' General Meeting will be made available on the Company's website (www.soitec.com) under the section Company - Investors - Shareholders information - Annual General Meeting - 2018 - O&EGM March 23, 2018.

Agenda

Fourth quarter sales of FY'18 are due to be published on April 18th, 2018, after market close. FY'18 results are due to be published on June 13th, 2018, after market close (not on June 6 th , 2018 as previously indicated).
