Soiltech and Oceanteam - Last day of trading in Oceanteam shares

JOINT PRESS RELEASE

Sandnes and Lysaker, Norway (10 September 2024): Reference is made to the joint stock exchange announcement on 27 August 2024 relating to key dates with respect to the merger between Soiltech AS ("Soiltech"), which will be converted to a public company (Nw.: "Allmennaksjeselskap") after close of trading on the date hereof, and Oceanteam ASA ("OTS") (the "Merger") as well as other announcements concerning the Merger and listing.

The last day of trading in and listing of the OTS shares will be today (10 September 2024). For further details on the timeline for completion of the Merger and the listing, see the joint stock exchange announcement on 27 August 2024.
