Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements by Soiltech ASA (OSE ticker: STECH) regarding the merger with Oceanteam, with Soiltech as the acquiring company, and the subsequent listing of all shares in Soiltech on Euronext Expand, a regulated market operated by Oslo Børs. Trading in the Shares on Euronext Expand commences today, 11 September 2024.
