SOGECLAIR INCREASES ITS NORTH AMERICAN PRESENCE

The Group opens offices in Savannah

Blagnac, France, and Montreal, Canada, June 1st, 2016- SOGECLAIR (NYSE Euronext: SOG), the provider of high added-value innovative solutions and products for the aerospace and transportation markets, announces today it has opened new offices in Savannah, GA.

Located in the heart of three states aerospace industry network, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee, the Savannah offices will supplement the company's North American locations, and is the first SOGECLAIR US business platform dedicated to aerospace. It will also enable closer support to its existing customers in the region, such as Gulfstream for the Hi-Lo MSB tables added to the line-fit option of the G500 and G600 models.

From this new geographic localisation, SOGECLAIR will be able to springboard its expertise and competence to many customers in the aeronautics and space industry, as well as to promote a new transnational way of capitalising on the synergies and know-how of its Canadian activities and European divisions.
