Ørn Software Holding AS (ORN): New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Ørn Software Holding AS ("Ørn" or the "Company" on 8 June 2021 regarding the Company's completion of the acquisition of Landax AS ("Landax"). In connection with the closing of the Landax acquisition, the Company issued 1,992,589 new shares as consideration to the seller of Landax through an increase of the share capital with NOK 199,258.90.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 8,793,555.70 divided by 87,935,557 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
