Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Ørn Software Holding AS from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Rule Book II Oslo section 3.17.2 (2), Oslo Børs has on 8 August 2022 made the following resolution: " The shares of Ørn Software Holding AS are removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of 10 August 2022. The last day of trading will be 9 August 2022."
