The board of directors of Ørn Software Holing AS hereby convenes an annual

general meeting to be held on 10 May 2022 at 12:00 CEST at the premises of the

Company at Bassengbakken 4, 7042 Trondheim, Norway. The notice for the annual

general meeting is attached to this stock exchange notice.

The Company will facilitate that shareholders may follow the general meeting

through a webcast solution. Votes may not be cast through this webcast solution;

a proxy form is therefore attached to the notice. Shareholders who wish to

follow the general meeting through webcast, must contact Vidar A. Løken via
