Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company reports that on 12 August 2016, in accordance with prior approval from shareholders, it purchased 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the capital of the Company at an average price of 9.9 pence per Ordinary Share. 

The Company will hold the Ordinary Shares acquired in Treasury.  As a result, the Company now holds 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 45,557,835.

The figure of 45,557,835 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
