Exercise of Options

Grafenia (AIM: GRA), announces that it has received notice of exercise in relation to employee share options over 187,094 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") issued under the Company's Save As You Earn Plan (SAYE Plan) dated 17 January 2017. The options have been exercised at a price of 7.75p per Ordinary Share.

Accordingly, application has been made for 187,094 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur on or around 26 September 2019.

Upon Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 113,525,346 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 113,525,346. The aforementioned figure of 113,525,346 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
