TRADING UPDATE

Post the last update, trading has continued in line with the Company's revised internal budget.

Sales of W3P, the Group's SaaS based web to print product, have gained momentum with over 50 new users adopting the product during the calendar year 2013.

Master Licence agreements have now been completed in New Zealand and the U.S., replacing legacy agreements and thereby giving the partners access to the full gamut of the Group's new SaaS functionality. The Directors remain cautiously optimistic that a number of other International Agreements will complete in the near future.

The Company intends to provide a "pre close trading statement" at 7:00am on Monday 7 April 2014.
