The Board is pleased to confirm that further to the announcement on 19 July 2013 following the AGM, the Company's change of name to Grafenia Plc is now effective.

The Company's new TIDM code is GRA, effective from 8.00 a.m. on 24 July 2013.

The Company's ISIN remains unchanged. Share certificates in the name of Printing.com plc are still valid but any new share certificates will be issued in the name of Grafenia Plc.
