Grant of options

Grafenia (AIM: GRA) announces that it has granted a total of 3,333,330 share options to a number of the Group's employees (the "Options"). These Options have been granted pursuant to Grafenia's Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") which was approved by shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company held on 15 September 2023, with all Options having been granted on the same terms.

2,666,664 Options have been granted to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out in the below table. The other 666,666 Options have been granted to Group employees.

All of the Options have been granted with an exercise price of 9.00 pence, representing the closing mid-market share price on 20th September 2023. The Options will become exercisable from 21 September 2028.

Following the Option grants, Grafenia's entire option pool is equivalent to 0.85% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
