Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified of the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

Peter Gunning, CEO of the Company and Conrad Bona, Non Executive Director of the Company, have made the following purchases of Ordinary Shares in connection with the Placing announced on 13 April 2018. The Placing is conditional, inter alia, on the approval of Shareholders at a forthcoming General Meeting of resolutions to provide authority to the Directors to issue and allot further new Ordinary Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis.

Peter Gunning purchased 175,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12 pence per share and upon Admission will hold a total beneficial interest in 1,625,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.12 per cent. of the Company's ordinary share capital upon Admission.

Conrad Bona purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12 pence per share and upon Admission will hold a total beneficial interest in 865,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.13 per cent. of the Company's ordinary share capital upon Admission.
