Directors' Dealings

The Company was today notified of the following Directors' Dealings.

Peter Gunning, Acting CEO of the Company, advised that on 13 November 2015 his civil partner Paul Ingrouille purchased 53,006 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Peter Gunning's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 939,587 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.04 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Conrad Bona, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased Ordinary Shares as follows, 100,000 on 11 November 2015 at 13.0 pence, 100,000 on 12 November 2015 at 12.5 pence and 100,000 on 17 November 2015 at 12.5 pence. Following these transactions, Conrad Bona's beneficial interest in the Company is 300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.65 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
