Directors' Dealings

The Company was notified today of the following Directors' Dealings which occurred on 9 November 2015.

Peter Gunning, Acting CEO of the Company, purchased 201,935 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Peter Gunning's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 886,581 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.88 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Alan Roberts, the Finance Director of the Company, purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.70 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Alan Roberts's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.06 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
