The Company has today been notified of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by certain Directors at nil consideration on 2 July 2014.  

Tony Rafferty, CEO, transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal shareholding to his wife, Andrea Rafferty.

Peter Gunning, CTO, transferred 342,323 Ordinary Shares to his civil partner, Paul Ingrouille.

Alan Roberts, Finance Director transferred 220,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Patricia Roberts.

Following these transactions, Tony Rafferty's, Peter Gunning's and Alan Roberts' respective beneficial interests in the Company remain unchanged.
