Director Dealings

The Company received notice on 1 July 2014 that Tony Rafferty, CEO of the Company, transferred 450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal shareholding into his SIPP on 30 June 2014, at a price of 21.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Tony Rafferty's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 8,662,222 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.4 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company (excluding Ordinary Shares held in Treasury by the Company).
