Board Change

Grafenia plc (AIM: GRA), announces today that Les Wheatley has advised the Board that with immediate effect he is stepping down as Chairman of the Company and resigning as a Non-executive Director.

Chief Executive of Grafenia, Peter Gunning said: "The Board wishes to thank Les for his years of service, his leadership and the professionalism he has brought to the Board. They would also like to wish him well in his future professional and personal endeavours."

The Board will be reviewing the available options for the appointment of a new Chairman and will advise the market in due course. However, they have confirmed the Board's size will reduce as no replacement will be recruited. Existing Non-Executive Directors of the Company will rotate and chair Board Meetings on an interim basis.
