Board Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan-Hendrik Markus Mohr to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 March 2016.

Jan, aged 26, is the founder and Managing Director of JMX Capital GmbH, an investment advisory firm. Previously, Jan worked with a number of advisory businesses and most recently in investment management with Investmentaktiengesellschaft für Langfristige Investoren TGV, a shareholder in Grafenia.

Commenting on the appointment, Les Wheatley, Chairman of the Company said:

"Jan's strength in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in complementary business areas will be invaluable to the Board as it seeks to leverage Grafenia's platform as a public company to create shareholder value."

Jan Mohr said:
