AGM TRADING STATEMENT

Les Wheatley, the Chairman of Grafenia plc (AIM: GRA), will make the following trading update at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 10.00am in Manchester today.

Trading Update

Post the last market update, trading continues to be broadly in line with the Group's internal budget.

Marqetspace, which sells print online to professional buyers, has shown progress and we expect revenues to achieve an annualised monthly run rate of £2 million by September 2015.

Nettl, the Group's new bolt-on formula that sells Websites and Print, has seen the first wave of partners successfully commence operations and a number of new licenses have now been granted. We believe that we are in line with our previously stated objective of increasing the Nettl network from 25 (March 2015) to 75 by March 2016.
