Correction of a voting rights announcement as of May 7, 2015

On May 08, 2015, Mr Remo Stoffel, Switzerland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 30, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.66% (this
corresponds to 2893500 Voting Rights).
3.62% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2863500 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Stoffel in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
0.04% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 30000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Stoffel in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
