On December 26, 2013, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of
Norway, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Software AG, Darmstadt,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 23, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.86% (this corresponds to
2490914 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.86% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2490914 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the State of Norway.
