On September 19, 2013, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Software AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on September 17, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.83%
(this corresponds to 2459651 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.76% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 657211 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
